  The journal focuses on the scientific study of public policy, local governance, social science, natural resource management, and gender issues. In each issue, the journal highlights how public policies can be effectively designed and implemented to improve local governance, strengthen community participation, and promote sustainable development. It also explores approaches to natural resource management that are environmentally friendly and inclusive, especially in rural and vulnerable areas. The journal pays special attention to gender issues, especially in the context of women's role in local development and participation in public decision-making. With a multidisciplinary approach, this journal aims to be a platform for academics, practitioners, and policy makers to share knowledge and research findings, as well as encourage inclusive and sustainable policy innovations for the benefit of the wider community.
